drills we did my first week
of off season conditioning
at Notre Dame were the
drills you put me through at
the speed center. I was
able to keep up with
seniors coming in early as
a freshman. I know I
wouldn't be doing as well if
I hadn't come and train with
you!"

problem for me in fights
as long as I paced
myself during the
rounds. However, since
training with Dave for
my fights I have been
able to go non-stop in
my fights and never get
tired. I tribute a lot of
success as of late to
working with Dave and
going through his
